We are working with a fast growing construction business on hiring a new Business Development Manager to help grow and develop relationships with some fantastic customers on high end construction projects.

Your main responsibility would be to attend new project site visits, understand the requirement and produce the tender to the client with the aim of winning the project

You will be able to understand the build, maintenance and refurbish journey and be able to quote for works (both materials and labour)

You will be composing tenders and actioning all tendering requirements from feasibility through to implementation.

We will require you to develop and implement successful strategies to ensure projects are delivered within scheduled timeframes and budgets in coordination with the project manager.

You will have the ability to read, understand and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans.

You will liaise with external stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors and other third parties.

You will monitor overall performance of projects, including, materials, equipment and regular contractors and other subcontractors.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as other external stakeholders.
