We are looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to join our team. It is expected there will be international travel in this role as the business continues to expand.

The Property Acquisition Manager is the ultimate deal hunter, responsible for scoping out and securing the best locations for the company’s Investment business. Whether it’s canvassing occupiers, analysing market trends, or negotiating rental terms with landlords, this role is all about finding and securing the best deals and sites. You’ll have good organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and the drive to get things done. As someone with a deep understanding of the real estate market, you’ll be skilled at maintaining excellent relationships with landlords. Experience:

• You are highly competitive, and target driven with a track record of successfully acquiring sites or developments.
• You have excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to close deals in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated, you’ll be capable of managing, organising and prioritising your own workload.
• You must have good knowledge of the UK marketplace and ideally some previous exposure to Europe or other international markets, as well as an established network of contacts with agents, developers & landlords.
• You should be experienced in managing the entire acquisitions process from site finding, negotiation, purchase and legal processes, with strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
