Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system installations, upgrades, maintenance, and training at client sites to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide first-line remote and on-site support to maximize system uptime and address technical issues.
- Monitor system conditions, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs to maintain 24/7 operational capacity.
- Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, including tracking tools for remote support and issue management.
- Act as a technical and commercial representative to ensure customer satisfaction and foster client relationships.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with high-tech systems, including installation, servicing, and remote support.
- Basic knowledge of control technology, electrical systems, and familiarity with FAT, SAT, and system diagnostics.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and experience in writing technical reports.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is a plus, with up to 50% travel required.
