Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales strategies, aligning with company goals.
- Build and manage relationships with multinational clients, handling the entire sales cycle.
- Lead market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
- Collaborate with executive and technical teams to ensure customer alignment.
- Establish and grow a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
Requirements
- Strong background in metal additive manufacturing or welding (essential).
- Proven experience in senior sales roles within technical industrial machine B2B sectors.
- Success selling complex technical products to multinational clients.
- Leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields (MBA/advanced degree a plus).
