Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries, quote jobs, and provide technical advice on 3D printing technologies.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and web calls, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, including job preparation and CAD optimization.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, demonstrating products and engaging with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales/admin team to manage complex inquiries and support business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FDM and MJF/SLS technologies, with customer-facing exposure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
- Hands-on experience with CAD and AM software (e.g., Materialise Magics, Fusion).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ambition and drive to grow in the additive manufacturing sector.
