How much will it cost me?
The exclusive model is discounted from the contingency rate as this will be an ongoing partnership. The fee is 17.5% of remuneration payable when a successful candidate starts their employment with you.

Contingency is the traditional recruitment model in which you engage many agencies for one role and pay on commencement of employment of a successful candidate.
When not to use?
If you require a dedicated partnered approach to understand your business entirely and work with you on a long term basis for technical roles.
When to use it?
Contingency should only be used on a one-off hire, where you have no future plans for recruitment. Otherwise, a multi-agency approach can be hard to manage and create more work for you.
How much will it cost me?
