The Solution

As a startup, having raised initial capital their priority was on recruiting core employees that would play an important part in the creation of their initial CleanCell product, to ensure it was ready to launch to customers. With our experience of Special Purpose Machinery and Automation, along with our background in helping grow high end startups we were well placed to support their initial growth and so we implemented a plan that included market advice on salaries and candidate availability, a short term resourcing model to ensure no gap in delivery and an engaging candidate outreach strategy.

In addition to this, we worked with Again to create bespoke content including videography to showcase their business to future employees, customers and investors alike.
