Cox Powertrain began when the founder took his knowledge from working in Formula 1 into the world of boats. Designing and manufacturing a lightweight outboard diesel engine, Cox is looking to transform the marine industry by creating highly performing and highly sustainable engines.
Historically, Cox have used a multi-agency approach but found that this was actually creating more work for the People team and the Hiring Managers and a new approach was needed, to be more efficient and to have one voice going out to the market that was passionate and knowledgeable about the business.
