To combat the problems from a multi-agency approach we worked closely with Cox to review and identify inefficiencies within their current recruitment process and also identified cost savings throughout their recruitment process.
After spending time at their Shoreham facility we worked to highlight the positives of the local area to prospective candidates along with advising and supporting the business in embracing hybrid working. One of the main contributions to this has been the Meet the Team and Senior Leadership videos designed and filmed by our Hernshead Creative Brand. We showcased the people, the local area and the exciting plans the Senior Leadership team has through the power of video content.
