Electrical Technician

When working as an Electrical Technician you will be:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager responsible for the Electrical maintenance, breakdown activities and coordination of 3rd party suppliers.
- To ensure the plant is maintained with respect to safety, environmental, OEM and industry recognised best practice guidelines, to deliver the highest levels of availability, reliability, and efficiency, whilst maintaining engineering integrity at all times.
- Undertake practical application and timely diagnosis, fault finding and scheduled/unscheduled repair and maintenance of the Electrical plant/apparatus and systems.
- Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance work is completed and updated within the CMMS.
- Ensure all site engineering and maintenance procedures and management instructions are complied with at all times, undertaking reviews of such documents as required.
- Provide support and input into the sites engineering integrity strategy and asset risk register, for all Electrical assets.
- To work flexibly in support of the business, able to change working patterns where necessary in order to meet the needs of the business.
- Carry out other such responsibilities and duties commensurate with the position as required by the company.
- Some occasional and ad-hoc national travel may be required
