Key tasks:

• Ability to design and review designs for quality, performance, serviceability, reliability and cost effectiveness
• Able to communicate at all levels; the position requires interaction with many departments within Instron’s organisation as well third party suppliers and customers
• Ability to identify potential areas of technical or financial risk for any specific customer enquiry

Essential Skills:

• Experience using CAD packages
• Project Management experience
• Design experience in an engineering environment
