This high end facility will offer a range of Polymer and Metal Additive Manufacturing Technologies across industries including Automotive, Space, Defence, Medical & Industrial and they are now at the stage where they are looking for key hires for the new facility.

The new Centre at Silverstone will act as a technology innovation hub, providing access to digital manufacturing capability including a range of additive manufacturing technologies while also allowing SMEs to access knowledge and advice by encouraging an eco-system in digital manufacturing. High-quality incubation space suitable for high-performance technology start-ups in additive are also benefits of the new facility.
As a key member to the DMC team you will assist in the identification and enablement of current and potential customers. You will understand the commercial opportunity for each customer and work with them to maximise their additive manufacturing uptake where appropriate. While communicating with any customer your prime approach is from an engineering problem solving strategy however, you must always be aware of commercial terms to ensure profitability in the short, medium, and long term.
You’ll currently work within a high-end manufacturing sector such as Automotive, Aerospace, Space, Medical, Defence or similar. Alternatively, you may already be working within Additive Manufacturing supplying into these sectors.
The business aspires to be the best in class across the UK Market in the next 5 years so will look for you to help develop key accounts and to be comfortable maintaining relationships with both large and small organisations.
