The Sales Operations Administrator role is key to the success of the business, supporting a wide range of activities including business reporting, resolving systems and operational queries, and interacting with external customers on queries. A good administrator knows they need to be able to spin many plates at the same time, and this role certainly puts that to the test. The role involves interacting with many departments across the business, as well as assisting customers which can often be the most rewarding part of the job.

Whether running weekly reporting to a strict deadline, working on an ad-hoc task to transact sales orders, or helping a subsidiary to work through an operational query the focus is always on being as supportive as possible. The role requires strong management of your own workload, and an ability to determine and delivery against the right priorities.
