Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with firearm OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets for metal additive printers.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and ensure profitability.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experience with high-value products.
- Proven success in C-Level sales and value-based selling.
- Strong technical skills and experience in additive manufacturing (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and excellent communication skills.
