Working exclusively with Peak, we formed a Recruitment Partnership, working extremely closely with the team there to strategise on how to engage the right candidates and also get their name known in the market so when we were speaking with Controls and Automation Engineers or Project Managers, they had heard of Peak and already had a desire to work there. We optimised a specialised Recruitment microsite for Peak, and then created a series of videos with the team at Peak, created a podcast episode with Michael Thomas, the Executive Director and most recently, created a Work For Us video for the Reading office as part of a recruitment drive.
