I work as the Operations Manager for Hernshead, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.

I am responsible for the operational side of the business which includes finance, contractor management & internal systems.

Alongside this I am also responsible for our creative brand taking responsibility for creating and delivering our clients creative projects.

I also take care of all internal recruitment here at Hernshead, finding our talented consultants and onboarding them with the business.
