The Solution

We identified that there were a number of suitable candidates in the local area and that the appeal of The Little Car Company was the ability to work on high end vehicles with groundbreaking technology, without the long hours typically associated with Motorsport and the F1 industries. The business had a number of roles to fill and we worked closely with the management team to identify these candidates and help them create a smooth and flexible interview process to fit around candidates with a lack of availability due to current work commitments.

In addition we worked closely with the branding team of the business to ensure the external recruitment brand was consistent, engaging and exciting to the local talent pool and truly demonstrated the luxury of their product through bespoke video content created with ourselves.
