  • This client is a leading full-service aircraft leasing and asset management company that is based in London and operates globally.
  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contracts and Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team.
  • The Contracts Management team manages high monetary value transactions, enforces contract compliance, and fosters strong client relationships.
  • The successful candidate will, among other things, be responsible for managing and administering aircraft leasing contracts, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance and contracts teams.
  • This role requires a high level of organisational skills. 

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Maintain accurate records of contract-related documents.
  • Monitor contract milestones and renewals, and initiate necessary actions.
  • Maintain data on our internal lease management platform.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify information Accounts Administration.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts related to aircraft leases. 
  • Prepare and process invoices for lease payments and related expenses.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Verify bank details and collect other forms required for payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements related to leasing activities Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • General Administration.
  • Office management duties Any other ad-hoc administrative support as may be required 

Candidate Requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of A/R, contract administration or paralegal experience preferably in a large dollar value ticket environment Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
