Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair metal AM systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and performance checks.
• Provide technical training and support to clients.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of service engineering experience, ideally in metal AM or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Portugal and occasionally internationally.
