Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission various digital manufacturing equipment at client locations.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to end users on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Additive Manufacturing, CNC, CMM, dental milling machines, sintering ovens, and ultrasonic cleaners etc….
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and a valid UK driving license.
