Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in 1st and 2nd level support.
– Technical Support: Perform repairs and maintenance on printers both on-site at customer locations and in our workshop.
– Customer Consultation: Advise our customers on suitable materials, consumables, and accessories for our printing systems.
– Documentation: Record and document all performed work, repairs, and customer inquiries in our system.
– Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the optimal use of their printers and materials.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
Profile:
– Education: Completed technical training in mechatronics, electronics, or a related field.
– Experience: Several years of experience in technical support, ideally in the 3D printing technology or related fields.
– Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of high tech products, as well as troubleshooting and repair skills.
– Customer Orientation: Strong service and customer orientation with the ability to convey technical information.
– Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
– Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license (Class B).
Compensation is up to 50 TEUR incl. company car (1% regulation).
