This client designs aviation lighting products from concept to a completed product. They are passionate about producing beautiful products that complement and enhance a setting both functionally and visually.

Daily Duties

• Performing QA inspection (visual and dimensional) on products and components.
• Assisting Test and Inspection with production technical queries.
• Reviewing production rejects.
• Conduction calibration of equipment.
• Document control checks and updating records.
• Reviewing and assisting with Supplier quality ICAR’s and improvement plans.
• Report writing.
• Assisting with production testing.
• Witnessing external testing if required.

Essential Criteria

• Engineering background knowledge.
• Good understanding of ISO9001, preferably AS9100, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
• Good IT skills, good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and organisational skills.
• Preferable – Driving Licence required for witnessing external testing
