Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of products to comply to Company standards; including testing, check and sign off process
• Milling or turning parts to drawing specification
• Adhering to company processes as well as highlighting and implement improvements where appropriate
• Organising and putting into practice repair and maintenance programmes for equipment and machinery
• Work with others to develop the team
• Working to ISO 9001 2015 and Company health & safety standards
• Supporting and working towards the Company vision and values

Essential Experience/Qualifications :

• Apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams or a project in a production environment
• Demonstrable practical experience and a hands on approach
• Experience of milling and turning machinery, manual or CNC
• Ability to interpret and work to mechanical assembly drawings

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge and implementation of manufacturing best practices
• Demonstrate a good level of problem-solving ability on production equipment
