- Responding to inbound charter enquiries and assessing client requirements
- Communicate and work with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals to assess their needs
- Generating revenue for the company
- Building up and managing own key accounts
- Working as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues
- Generating new business and leads
- Providing ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
- To provide excellent customer service
- To communicate well and display good interpersonal skills
- To make decisions, take initiative and work methodically
- To be results oriented
- To work well in a team; consult and share information with colleagues

- To work with all levels of Management and Supervision internally and externally
