We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Parts Manager to join our clients Aftersales Commercial team
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Commercial, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, dealer/customer purchase of genuine parts, and entail working with the Global subsidiary teams, dealer network and export markets.
The primary focus will be to foster dealer and customer loyalty, ensuring the use of genuine parts in routine motorcycle servicing and maintenance. This role requires excellent commercial strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance level across a global network of 900 dealers. Additionally, the Parts Performance Manager will also be a key contributor to product supply forecasting and the successful delivery of tactical campaigns.
You will be the highly driven and motivated Commercial Parts Manager, managing this important Aftersales Commercial function and being the key go to regarding the sales performance and buying loyalty of Genuine Parts. Ensuring that our clients dealer network is truly World Class and delivers a sustainable competitive advantage for the business, dealers, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Sales and Dealer / Customer Purchases:

Develop and execute strategies to increase the sales and the dealer/customer purchase of genuine parts.

Collaborate with global Aftersales teams to identify and target key opportunities for parts sales growth.
?
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures as needed to exceed targets.
Foster Subsidiary, Dealer and Customer Loyalty:
?
Promote the use of genuine parts in routine motorcycle servicing and maintenance.
?
Develop and implement loyalty programs to incentivise dealers and customers to choose genuine parts.
?
Provide training/support to global teams, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of genuine parts benefits.
Manage Performance across Dealer Network:
?
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for subsidiaries ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
?
Regularly review dealer and subsidiary performances and provide guidance and support to improve results.
?
Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for development through a reporting mechanism / KPI dashboard that allows constant scrutiny of the performance of each programme or campaign in each market.
