List of duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the day to day running of the Stores department, including keeping all areas clean and tidy.
• Issuing, receipt and control tooling, including Calibration monitoring.
• Issuing, receipt and control of consumables, including monitoring consumables and keep minimum stock levels.
• Issuing, receipt and control & aircraft parts to engineers, paying particular attention to part numbers, serial number and shelf-life items.
• Receiving and inspecting a wide range of aircraft parts in line with operational and stores procedures.
• Warranty items to be returned on time and follow up with accounts to make sure invoices are cleared.
• Performing inventory control, stock checks and minimum stock levels.
• Make sure all Log cards, and parts documentation is recorded and stored correctly.
• Internal and external customer service.
• Internal delivery of urgent stores requisitions to engineers.
• Under no circumstance issue materials and tooling that do not comply with our procedures.
• Any other duties as required by the employer.
