Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join an ambitious small journey delivering a fantastic product worldwide.

End to end ownership of online & off line accounts and some new business development UK, Europe & North America

  • Extreme customer care credentials
  • Proven account management & order processing track record.
  • Proven commercial drive & acumen.
  • Driving brand awareness through wholesale, retail and to on-line customers
  • Delivery through key consumer / trade shows
  • Operations & account management related administration knowledge & experience of sales & reporting software
  • Planning & implementation of operations automation strategies
  • Outbound sales communication to existing accounts to drive sales
  • Handling inbound sales enquirers and orders, via telephone and email, from trade and consumers
  • Actively managing new business pipeline
  • Actively managing current business activity
  • Maintaining matrices of customer information
  • Managing all communication flows and recording outcomes
  • Measuring account productivity and actions required to increase

Technical Attributes:

· Proven track record in an office based inside sales environment

· Computer literate –

o MS Office – Excel (advanced), Outlook, PowerPoint (Required)

o ERP / Sales administration systems (Desirable but can be trained)

Personal Attributes:

· Enjoy taking ownership and delivering results!

· Outgoing & happy to travel to trade shows in all territories
· Organised

· Can do attitude

Flexible Working Options Available:

  • Part-time flexi hours for right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
