Our client, a fantastic local FMCG business are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join a great brand with great plans for growth in the future!

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience working with luxury brands.
MUST have previous experience managing website and eCommerce back ends & payment gateways such as Shopify & Woocommerce.
MUST have previous experience managing paid and organic ads and stores on Amazon, TickTock, Meta etc.
Applicant will work on projects that include but not limited to:

  • Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
  • Negotiating, managing & liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Management of global online sales & customer strategies.
  • Creating designs/layouts of media outlets, writing pitches and blog posts to various audiences.
  • Informing decisions about the cost associated with branding.
  • Managing relationships with influencer journalists or other relevant parties to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Website optimisation & digital marketing
  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

Technical Attributes:

  • Proven track record in a new product/brand development/sales & marketing environment.
  • MS Office – Excel (advanced), Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Marketing software such as Klaviyo, MailChimp or the like
  • Ecommerce & website software back ends & gateways
  • Paid and organic marketing through different online platforms.
