About this position:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in tool making and conceptual engineering to manage the planning and execution of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and the development of tools and prototypes. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee tool making, prototyping, and conceptual design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, toolmakers, and production staff.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project efficiency.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and tool making or conceptual engineering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
