My client is looking for a Workshop Manager to to oversee and manage production across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Organising and project managing the manufacture of battery boxes, transmissions, etc. and assembling of the product, ready for shipping
• Planning and managing bespoke conversions
• Acting as technical lead to resolve issues that arise in the course of bespoke conversions
• Contributing technical experience to the design of our EV solutions

Experience Required:

• At least five years of hands-on mechanical work on classic vehicles
• At least five years’ experience in a in a production role or project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
