A leading additive manufacturing, and milling OEM based in Germany are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow the German and wider European markets.
 

Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of 3D printing technologies, including Hybrid Manufacturing (LFAM + CNC), L-PBF for metals, and Industrial FDM.
• Identify and expand business opportunities in the German market.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized AM solutions to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical expertise on AM technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Additive Manufacturing; hands-on experience with AM systems is essential.
• Proven technical sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or similar fields.
• Technical qualification in engineering or related discipline; CNC machining knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English required.
• Ability to work on-site in Germany as part of a growing sales team.
